Do you make a majlis to the size of my room?
Yes. Every set on the site is built from pieces you choose yourself — how many sofas, how many armchairs, which colour — and you can write your room measurements in the notes box before ordering. For something different altogether, ask for a quotation and we make it in our workshop.
What does the warranty cover, and for how long?
Three years on the frame of the set — the timber structure itself. Fabric and foam are outside the warranty, because how long they last depends on use and cleaning.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery and installation are free across every emirate, with no minimum order.
Which colours and fabrics are available?
Every set comes in four shades: ivory, beige, light grey and charcoal. You pick the shade on the product page, and you can see and feel the fabric in any showroom before you order.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, through Tabby and Tamara: four payments, interest free. The instalment amount is shown on the product page as you configure the set, before you add it to the cart.
Where are your showrooms, and when do they open?
We have four: Abu Dhabi (Musaffah Industrial M4), Sharjah (Industrial Area 4), Al Ain (Al Noud, Street 66) and Ajman (Al Jurf Industrial 3). All of them open daily from 10am to 10pm.
How is the price of a set calculated?
The price shown is the set in its smallest configuration, and it updates as you add or remove a piece. Models priced on request carry a WhatsApp button that reaches the branch with the pieces you chose already listed.
Can I see a set before buying?
Yes. Visit your nearest showroom, feel the fabrics and settle your room measurements with a designer before confirming the order. If the model you want is not on the floor there, ask about it on WhatsApp before you travel.
