Committed to excellent service and customer satisfaction—and given that all our products are custom-made to client specifications—we adhere to the following policy:

1. Replacement Policy

Replacement Conditions:

  • Replacement applies only in cases of a clear manufacturing defect or delivery error (product not matching agreed specifications).
  • Changes in design or specifications after manufacturing are not eligible for replacement unless a defect or error as described is present.

Replacement Procedure:

  • Report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • The company inspects the product to verify the claim before taking any action.
  • If a manufacturing defect or delivery error is confirmed, the company covers shipping and replacement costs.
  • If no defect or error is found, the company may reject the request, and the customer bears shipping costs.

Execution Timeframe:

Replacement procedures are carried out within 14 business days from approval of the request and confirmation of defect or error.

2. Return Policy

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only if there is a clear manufacturing defect or a clear mismatch with agreed specifications.
  • Custom-made products are non-returnable except under these conditions.

Return Procedure in Case of Defect:

  • Report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • A specialized team inspects the product to determine the type of defect.
  • If a manufacturing defect or error is confirmed, the company refunds the amount or corrects the defect at no cost to the customer.
  • Return requests are not accepted after this period or if the defect results from misuse or improper storage by the customer.

Returns or compensation are processed within 14 business days from approval of the request after defect verification.

General Notes

  • Replacements or returns are not accepted if the defect results from customer misuse or negligence.
  • All replacement or return requests are subject to review by the Quality Assurance team to ensure conditions are met.
